Quick quiz · Is breathwork right for you?

How often do you feel anxious or on edge?

5 questions, 30 seconds. A starting point, not a medical diagnosis.

Why Perth time matters

Perth runs two to three hours behind Sydney and Melbourne. When anxiety is already tiring you, the last thing you need is to convert times or book a session in the middle of your workday.

A city growing fast, waitlists like everywhere else, and a time zone of its own: that's the Perth context. Online breathwork doesn't fix the system, but it gives you something you can start now, from home.

From anywhere in WA

Whether you're in the CBD, down in Fremantle, up in Joondalup or in a regional town, the session is exactly the same. You lie down at home with headphones on, I guide your breathing by voice, and once it's over you stay where you are instead of getting back on the Mitchell Freeway.

How it works

  1. Free call (30 min). Your anxiety, what you've tried, and an honest answer on whether breathwork fits.
  2. Session (90 min). Talk, guided breathing lying down, then integration.
  3. Between sessions. Short exercises for the moments anxiety rises.

Perth questions, answered

Are sessions shown in Perth time?

Yes. When you book, the calendar detects your time zone and shows every slot in Perth time. You never have to work out the difference with Sydney or Melbourne.

Does daylight saving change anything?

Not for you. WA doesn't use daylight saving, so your session time stays the same. The east coast moves an hour from October to April, and the booking calendar handles it automatically.

I live outside Perth, in regional WA. Can I join?

Yes. Sessions are online, so all you need is a stable internet connection, headphones and a quiet place to lie down. It works the same in Fremantle, Joondalup or a regional town.

How much does a session cost?

A first 90-minute session is $150 AUD, or $130 a session in a pack of 3 ($390) or 5 ($650). The 12-session Transformation program is $1,500. The 30-minute call is free.

Is breathwork a replacement for therapy?

No. It helps calm your nervous system and can sit alongside therapy, but it is not a treatment. Your GP can prepare a Mental Health Treatment Plan for Medicare-subsidised psychology sessions. Breathwork is not recommended during pregnancy or with epilepsy, heart conditions, glaucoma or severe psychiatric conditions.

If you're struggling right now

Breathwork is not a crisis service. If you are in distress, call Lifeline on 13 11 14 (free, 24/7). In an emergency, call 000. In Perth, the Mental Health Emergency Response Line is on 1300 555 788.
