Breathwork in Sydney doesn't have to mean another trip across town. You can do it online, from home, at the end of the day, with a guide who specialises in anxiety.

What a Sydney weekday does to your body
An early alarm, a packed train or a crawl along the M4, a full day, the same trip home. By evening, your body has spent hours in alert mode: shoulders up, breath short and high in the chest. When anxiety is already part of your life, that state doesn't switch off on its own once you walk through the door.
That's what breathwork works on. Not your thoughts first, but your breathing pattern, which is one of the few parts of the nervous system you can influence directly. A longer, slower exhale is one of the clearest signals of safety you can send your body.

Your body is carrying a lot.
When anxiety lives in your chest, your stomach and your nights, thinking your way out of it rarely works. Breathwork works directly on the nervous system, which is exactly where you feel stuck. Let's talk about it in a free 30-minute call.

Questions from Sydney
Can I do a session after work in Sydney?
Yes. Sessions are booked in Sydney time and you pick the slot that fits your day. Because there is no travel, an evening session ends on your own couch rather than on a train home.
I live in a share house or a small flat. Will that work?
Yes. You need somewhere you can lie down for about an hour without being interrupted, and a pair of headphones. Many women do it in their bedroom with the door closed. If noise worries you, we can talk about it during the free call.
How much does it cost?
A first 90-minute session is $150 AUD. Packs of 3 and 5 sessions bring it down to $130 a session, and the 12-session Transformation program is $1,500 with support between sessions. The discovery call is free.
Can breathwork replace a psychologist?
No. Breathwork calms the nervous system, but it isn't a treatment. If you need specialist help in NSW, the Mental Health Line (1800 011 511) links you to NSW Health services, and your GP can prepare a Mental Health Treatment Plan for Medicare-subsidised psychology sessions.
Is breathwork safe for everyone?
Not for everyone. It isn't recommended during pregnancy or with epilepsy, heart conditions, glaucoma or a severe psychiatric condition. Tingling, light-headedness and strong emotions during a session are common and pass, which is why every session is guided.
Need help right now?
Breathwork is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, call Lifeline on 13 11 14 (free, 24/7). In an emergency, call 000. In NSW, the Mental Health Line on 1800 011 511 is free and available 24/7.
